We are an online computer upgrades business. We sell the hardware and help our customers with the installation. As we are online, we comply with all government lock down requirements and we can continue to trade.
As a company that helps people upgrade their computers so they can continue to work from home, we are an essential service that no one wants to see close. The NZ Government has classified our business as essential and we are not required to close. Image below taken from Essential Business List
We have long term relationships with all our suppliers and stock is still available, we have regular weekly shipments coming in. If it is in stock on our website, it is available.
Most of our support is done online via chat or email. However we understand it is easier to call us on the phone to get support help. That is why we make it easy for customers to call us. Our direct office number is 09 974 4720. We use the internet to route calls to our staff depending on where they are working.
Your order is shipped via New Zealand Post Courier, they are still delivering and the most reliable service we use.
